The Vashon Dental Clinic is an example of a passive solar earth bermed building. During monitoring over several years after construction, the cost to heat and cool this 3000 square foot clinic and office space was less than $70 per year. Outdoor tours all day or tour the inside of the Clinic with architect and designer Felix Misch of Design Northwest at 1 pm.
